01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pko99 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pko99 website and its associated services. 03 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pko99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering on pko99, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pko99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pko99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified pko99 of unauthorized access.

3.3 Verification

pko99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. pko99 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pko99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). pko99 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on pko99 is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your pko99 account balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. pko99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pko99 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by pko99 within the timeframes published in the platform's payment information section. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been completed. pko99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the pko99 account. pko99 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits and to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large withdrawal amounts.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pko99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. pko99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pko99 — including slots, live baccarat, fishing games, bingo, Lucky Dice, and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of pko99's operational systems and are not subject to manipulation by pko99 or any of its staff.

6.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, pko99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, pko99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. pko99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.2 Bet Limits

07 Prohibited Conduct

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the pko99 platform — including but not limited to the pko99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pko99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pko99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from pko99 without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pko99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the pko99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.

pko99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pko99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

pko99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

You may close your pko99 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

12 Governing Law
